To help ease overall traffic congestion and encourage using different types of transportation (like transit or cycling), the app may offer you special, personalized incentives to adjust your trip.

Clear, Upfront Choices 

We want to give you complete clarity before you make a change to your commute. Before you commit to a detour, a transit swap, or a new departure time, you will see the exact ConnectSmart Coin reward attached to the offer.

When an alternative route or option is suggested, you have three choices:

• Accept the Offer: If you are happy with the suggestion, tap Good to Go to claim your ConnectSmart Coins and begin your trip.

• Propose a Different Reward: If changing your route takes a bit more effort today, use Make a Deal to propose your own reward amount. You can negotiate up to three times per trip.

• Keep Your Original Route: If you prefer to stick to your standard drive, simply hit No Thanks. You will remain eligible for future incentive offers.
